Business Challenge
Brightpath Learning Academy had spent nearly a decade building a strong local reputation for its after-school coaching and skill-development programs, but that reputation lived almost entirely offline. Enrollment followed a predictable seasonal rhythm of referrals and walk-ins tied to word of mouth — parents told other parents, and a batch of new students would show up around the start of each term. That model had a ceiling: the academy could only grow as fast as its existing parent network happened to talk, and it had no way to reach the much larger pool of parents actively researching after-school options online before ever hearing the Brightpath name.
Its website made the problem worse rather than better. It was an outdated, brochure-style page — a short description of the academy's philosophy, a phone number, and little else. There was no course catalog a parent could browse by subject or age group, no visible pricing, no faculty credentials, and no way to submit an enrollment inquiry outside of calling during office hours. Parents comparing Brightpath against other academies had nothing concrete to evaluate online, and any parent who did call in but wasn't ready to commit that day simply fell through the cracks — there was no follow-up process to bring them back before the next admissions cycle closed and those seats filled with someone else's children.
Strategy
Rather than running ads against an outdated website, the engagement was sequenced in three phases so that each admissions cycle built on a stronger foundation than the last:
Website rebuild
Replaced the brochure-style site with a full course catalog, individual faculty profiles, transparent term-by-term pricing, and a proper enrollment inquiry funnel that gave parents everything they needed to evaluate Brightpath before ever picking up the phone.
Content & social
Built out an Instagram and Meta content calendar showcasing student outcomes, parent testimonials, and faculty expertise, laying down organic trust well ahead of each admissions window rather than starting from zero when it opened.
Email nurture & paid enrollment push
Layered in Mailchimp nurture sequences for inquiries who didn't enroll immediately, paired with timed Meta Ads campaigns synced to each admissions cycle to keep both new and undecided families moving toward enrollment.
Execution
Website
The rebuilt site organized every program into a browsable course catalog by age group and subject, gave each instructor a dedicated profile page with credentials and teaching philosophy, published transparent term pricing so parents could compare options without calling in, and replaced the old "call us" instruction with a structured enrollment inquiry form that routed straight into a follow-up pipeline instead of a shared inbox.
Content & Social
The Instagram and Meta content calendar rotated through three recurring themes — student outcomes, parent testimonials, and faculty expertise — scheduled deliberately in the weeks leading up to each admissions window. By the time a cycle opened, prospective parents had already seen weeks of consistent, credible proof of what Brightpath delivered, rather than encountering the academy for the first time mid-decision.
Email & Paid Enrollment Campaigns
Every inquiry that didn't convert on first contact was enrolled in a Mailchimp nurture sequence addressing the hesitations that typically stalled a decision — scheduling conflicts, cost, and whether a child was "ready" — timed to land in the weeks before each cycle's deadline. Meta Ads ran in coordinated bursts across the same windows, retargeting warm inquiries while reaching new parents, so paid spend and email nurture were pulling the same families toward enrollment rather than working in isolation.
Results
Illustrative results measured across two full admissions cycles after launch:
Before vs. After
- Outdated brochure-style website with no course catalog or visible pricing
- Enrollment entirely dependent on referrals and seasonal walk-ins
- Inquiries that didn't convert immediately simply went cold
- Inconsistent, infrequent social posting
- Full course-catalog website with transparent pricing and an enrollment funnel
- A consistent content calendar building trust ahead of every cycle
- Automated email nurture recovering undecided inquiries
- Timed paid campaigns filling seats before each deadline

Client Testimonial
Illustrative testimonial written for this representative example — not a quote from a real client.
Every cycle we lost parents who wanted more information but weren't ready to enroll on the spot, and we had no way to bring them back. Now those same inquiries get nurtured automatically instead of going cold, and by the time our next cycle opens, most of our seats are already filled. It's changed how far ahead we can plan.
